Trust ID
A Trust ID is a wallet-verified, human-readable handle (like @alice) linked to a Merkle-anchored on-chain identity on Base.
Trust IDs are claimable via signing a message with your wallet. Once claimed, the handle is locked for 365 days and portable across every app that reads TrustLayer. It replaces disposable social handles with cryptographically owned identity.
